<br />24. All conditions of approval for Case PRJ2001-00060, Stagecoach Sand & Gravel Mine, except any <br />requirements related to improvements or damages to Brighton Rd and 124'" Avenue, shall be considered <br />as conditions for this permit except where modified herein. <br />(Added to make clear that required improvements to Brighton Road and 124`h Avenue are no longer <br />required as an approval condition of this Conditional Use.1 <br />25. All fuel tanks shall be elevated a minimum of one foot above the 100-year flood elevation and installed <br />away from the floodway. <br />26. The mining area shall not be used as a reservoir until an Area and Activity of State Interest Permit is issued <br />by the County. <br />27. If fuel will be stored on this site: <br />• All fuel storage at this site shall be provided with secondary containment, which complies with State of <br />Colorado Oil Inspection Section Regulations; and <br />• Fueling areas shall be7separated from the rest of the site's surface area, and protected from storm water; <br />and <br />• Applicant shall provide a spill prevention plan and release prevention plan for fuel storage and fueling <br />operations. Spill and drip containment pans shall be emptied frequently and all spills shall be cleaned up <br />and disposed of immediately at a facility permitted for such disposal. <br />28. The rock crusher shall be placed on the site is such a way as to rnaximize the screening, and minimize the <br />negative effects to the area. <br />Notes to the Applicant: <br />1. All other building, fire, health, engineering, and zoning regulations shall be adhered to with this request. <br />2. Failure to comply with the requirements set forth in this permit may be justification for a show cause <br />hearing, where the permit may be revoked. <br />3. New developments within one and one-half miles each side of the: E470 centerline are subject to Highway <br />Expansion Fees. <br />INFORMATION PROVIDED <br />BY APPLICANT
