<br />STAGECOACH STOP PIT EXISITNG APPROVAL CONDITIONS (RCU2006-00029) <br />Note: All deletions are identified in bold-italics, and all proposed replacements, additions, and <br />changes are identified in underlined bold italics. <br />Conditions Precedent: <br />INFORMATION PROVIDED <br />BY APPLICANT <br />An approved Floodplain Use Permit shall be obtained from the Department of Public Works prior to the <br />start of operations. <br />2. . (To be Deleted <br />3. A Tri-County Health approved mosquito control plan shall be presented to the Department of Planning and <br />Development. <br />4. The applicant- shall" demonstrate proof that all nece ssary state ai d. federal permits for the musing operation <br />have been received. <br />5. The mining area shall not be used as a reservoir until an Area and Activity of State Interest Permit is issued <br />by the County. <br />Conditions: <br />1. Mining shall not proceed until a "Notice to Proceed" is issued by the Department of Planning and <br />Development, after the applicant has demonstrated all Conditions Precedent have been completed. <br />2. This Conditional Use Permit shall be used for mining only, with any additional uses to be added only after a <br />Major Amendment to the Conditional Use. <br />3. All complaints received by the applicant concerning impacts to offsite wells or other offsite impacts, and the <br />resolution of those complaints, shall be conveyed to the Department of Planning and Development. Impacts <br />to offsite water wells shall be responded to and resolved immediately by the applicant. Disputes concerning <br />impacts to offsite water wells may be resolved by the Department of Planning and Development and may be <br />justification for a Show Cause Hearing before the Adams County 'Board of County Commissioners. <br />--4---Fugitive dust`control ine`chanisms must be m place, and functioning at all tunes. <br />5. Hours of operation shall be as follows: <br />• Mining, crushing, and screening of the gravel between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through <br />Saturday. <br />• Loading and h g-of material between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. <br />(Delete reference to hauling since no hauling will occurfrorn this property.) <br />• Completion of maintenance work between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday <br />• No activity on Sundays and 'rte (Delete) AFS (Ito lace holiday. <br />6. This site is subject to inspections from Adams County inspectors, during reasonable working hours. Adams <br />County may or may not give notice of an inspection prior to the inspection. <br />7. Mining and Reclamation shall comply with the Adams County requirements pertaining to the Mineral <br />Conservation Overlay (MCO) and the section pertaining to Extraction Uses, as adopted by Adams County <br />under the Adams County Development Standards.
