Stormwater Management Structures <br />A. Control Structures <br />No Activities <br />IV. VLF Geosynthetics <br />A. LLDPE Geomembrane 80 mil and 100 mil <br />Poly-Flex delivered 28 rolls of 100 mil single-sided textured LLDPE and 5 rolls of 80 mil <br />smooth LLDPE. Delivery was this past Wednesday and Thursday. All rolls were <br />inventoried and observed for damage. No apparent damage was observed during transport. <br />The rolls are stored at the Arequa Processing Pad. All mil certifications are in compliance. <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />SUMMARY: <br />The CQA activities performed consisted of observing, documenting and recording the construction <br />activities of the contractor. Field observations within the northwest portion of the VLF included stripping <br />of all frozen and unsuitable materials and placement of structural fill by method spec. as outlined in the <br />Project Documents. <br />Clay processing was intermittent due to mechanical problems with the clay plant located in Dump 5. <br />The materials processing plant located in Arequa Process Area has been in production all week.
