anm?0 <br />B. Mine Shaft/Stope Remediation <br />• AMEC completed a follow-up check of mine workings #18, #19 and #20 <br />within the LOB Pad area. Remediation of these mine workings was not <br />started by the end of the week. No. 20 is an open shaft and needs to be <br />watched for equipment safety while working in the area. No. 18 and 19 are <br />blocked and not fully exposed. The mine working locations are shown in <br />the Attached Figure 1. <br />C. Lateral/Slot Remediation <br />• No Activities <br />III. LLDPE Geomembrane <br />• No Activities <br />CQA ACTIVITIES: <br />SUMMARY: <br />The CQA activities performed consisted of observing, documenting and recording the construction <br />activities of the contractor. Construction observations consisted of the removal and placement of topsoil <br />in the LOB areas. In addition, clearing and grubbing activities were observed in the LOB and the material <br />was stockpiled in the Joe Dandy slash stockpile. <br />No night shift activities were done in the LOB this week. <br />No work was performed on Saturday, February 14. Currently no work activities are planned for Saturdays <br />but Ames has indicated that Saturday will be used as a make up day in the event of delay or stoppage <br />during the current planned work periods Monday to Friday. <br />I.
