LOB Pad <br />• No Activities <br />2. LOB/Delivery Road <br />• Ames started cut to fill of the haul road between Station 36+00 to 36+50 <br />175-feet left of centerline. Initial fill placement was started with 18-inch <br />lifts compacted with 8 passes using a CS-563 vibratory drum compactor. <br />Fill placement was started using a test method placement. <br />• Amec observed the initial fill placement and discussed with Ames to <br />increase the lift thickness to 24-inches and compacting with 4 passes of the <br />CS-563 vibratory drum compactor. Fill material was cut further up slope <br />and between Station 31+00 to 34+00 using a D8 dozer and pushed down <br />slope. <br />E. Subgrade Preparation <br />1. LOB Pad <br />• No Activities <br />F. SLF Processing (Material is being generated/processed for the LOB and the VLF) <br />1. Production of the SLF material continued at the clay plant throughout the <br />week. Approximately 2,500 (+/-) tons of clay was processed throughout the <br />week based on limited information provided by the Ames. <br />2. Ames started setup of a second screening/processing plant but was not <br />completed by the end of the week. <br />G. Miscellaneous <br />1. No Activities <br />Il. Underground Working <br />A. Drilling <br />• Rock Breakers drilled in the area of the Elkton Mine workings during the <br />week. The Elkton workings area is considered part of the LOB area. <br />Mechanical problems slowed progress during the week.
