CC&V:
• CC&V held a project blasting procedures and planning meeting with the Contractor Ames,
RockBreakers and CC&V staff including safety, environmental, and CC&V blast crew.
• CC&V held a Weekly Contractors' meeting on February 12, 2009. Items discussed included
Safety, Environmental, Schedule, QC documentation, and CQA.
Ames Construction:
• Amec and Ames discussed daily work activities during the week and work procedures for fill
placement.
• Roger E - Discussed fill placement procedures as a follow-up to previous conversation before fill
placement started including watching for frozen fills and placement of protective cover fill,
oversize gets pushed outside the fill limit and planning for the mine workings remediation.
