Seed wi11 <br />be distributed at the specified rate of pounds per acre. <br />6. The pad areas will be fei-~ilized (~0-0-0, minimum NPK); seeded «%ith the <br />approved seed mix; and mulched (certified ~~,%eed-free stra«%}. <br />7. USFS approved BI!•TP's will be utilized to reduce erosion and provide soil <br />stabilization on the site after fertilizing; seeding and mulching is complete. <br />8. The access roads will be restored as closel;% as possible to the approximate <br />original contour «~ith an uneven final surface, re-seeded; fertilized.. and <br />mulched as above. <br />9. The drill pads and access roads reclamation procedure outlined above ~~~ill <br />apply only to those areas for this proposed project. Existing roads «~ill be left <br />in a condition equal to or better than that obsei-~~ed on Mountain Coal <br />Company's entzy lllt0 the area or decommissioned according to the <br />specifications in the COA`s. <br />10.
