Upon <br />completion of Pit #1, the applicants investigated the site of Milner Pit #2 and <br />obtained a permit after lengthy public hearings in 2000 and 2001 (SUP PP #2000- <br />003), which permit was subsequently amended through hearings in April 2003, <br />and March 2006. Camilletti Milner Pit #2 currently operates under Special Use <br />Permit PP#2005-078. Pit #2 has proved to be an excellent gravel resource with <br />limited impact to the surrounding area.
