If any portion of drive lanes are closed Flagmen are <br />required. <br />In the event any changes are made to this highway in the future that would necessitate removal for relocation <br />of this installation, Permittee will do so promptly at its own expense upon written request from the Division of High- <br />ways, State of Colorado.
