Celerade <br />is granted subject to the following terms and conditions: <br />IT IS YLINDERSTOOD that the Permittee vrill cause the installation at no expense whatsoever to the Division and <br />that the Permittee will own and maintain the same after installation. <br />Railroad on <br />The line shall be installed.ffithe surface of the right of wa <br />and the disturbed, portion of the roadway shall be restored to its original condition. The bacl <br />filling shall be made in six-inch lifts and mechanically tamped and packed, and the last twelve inches of back fill, <br />shall be of stable granular material such as crushed rock or gravel. <br />Where the installation crosses the roadway, it shall be jpp{i- <br />lam. as nearly perpendicular to the roadway as. physically possible 1?07ti; <br />Where the installation crosses any ditches, canals or water carrying structures, wherever possible it shall be pushed <br />through and beneath in a pipe larger diameter thereby eliminating the necessity of trenching. In no case shall the. <br />flow of water ever be impaired or interrupted. <br />This work must be accomplished in accordance with accepted good practices and conform to the recommenda <br />tions of the National Electric Code and to such Colorado statutes as are applicable. <br />All construction operations involving excavation and trenching, both public and private, shall be made subject <br />to the rules and regulations set forth by the Industrial Commission of Colorado. Excavating and trenching shall be <br />construed to mean any opening or cavity in the ground formed by cutting, digging or scooping and which is five <br />or more in depth. <br />SPECIAL PROVISIONS: <br />Ski ATrACTP <br />?J <br />The Permittee shall maintain the installation at all times and agrees to hold the State of Colorado, the agencies <br />thereof, and their officers and employees harmless from any and all loss and damage which may arise out of or be. <br />.connected with the installation, maintenance, alteration, removal, or presence of the installation herein referred to <br />or any work or facility connected therewith, within the 4.rta covered by this permit. <br />This work shall be completed VIM= by November."j, 1972 f' ).days from the above <br />date.
