Law acres at $4,150.08 (a total of $285,484.00) to the recalculated permanent
program areas ($6,026,360.00) for a total reclamation cost estimate of
$6,311,844.00. Therefore the Division proposes to release %871,645.00 for
the Pre-Law lands covered in SL-2.
5. The revisions to the Permanent Program reclamation cost estimate are
summarized as follows:
a. Topsoil redistribution in the previous DRMS cost estimate included the
Pre-Law areas. In order to determine the permanent program acreage still
requiring topsoil redistribution, I took the total disturbed area acreage and
subtracted out the Pre-Law area and the acreage in permanent structures.
