Calls lave been received froi 12 Soierset residents <br />corcerned about the tine operation. The driveway is open to the public. There is o restriction against turning to <br />the east or traffic entering froi the east on Hwy 133. In relocating the garage, the cowty setback will be observed. <br />County construction stondards for road iateriols and eiplaceient will be observed. <br />APPRDVAL: There are no substantial conflicts with county land use policies or design criteria.
