Foam be aware that the NJBRT <br />may require diffamt performance standards (success criteria & measures of performance) <br />than those proposed in your NOL <br />Regarding your stated desire of AI to seek approval of an' unbrelW' banking <br />agreement, such an agreement may not be umossary. The purpose of an umbrella agreement <br />is to establish protocol and procedures for the use of scveral, as yet unknown, sites for <br />mitigation banking by one entity.
