In addition to the revegetation specifications outlined in Section 20.0 attached, the following <br /> requirements will be adhered to: <br /> Revegetation of Coal Mine Waste <br /> Seed <br /> Seed will be provided by the OWNER. CONTRACTOR must give the PROJECT MANAGER at <br /> least five (5) workinq days notice of the acreage to be seeded, so that the proper amount of seed <br /> is delivered. Hand written acreage calculations are acceptable. Seed will be hand broadcast in <br /> this area. <br /> Fertilizers <br /> Commercial fertilizer is required for this project. Fertilizer shall be provided by CONTRACTOR, <br /> and shall conform to Section 20.2 (commercial fertilizer) of the Revegetation Specifications, <br /> attached. Fertilizer will be hand broadcast in this area. <br /> Seedbed Preparation <br /> Seedbed preparation was accomplished during surface roughening. <br /> Mulches <br /> Mulching was accomplished during surface roughening. Mulch shall be provided by <br /> CONTRACTOR, and shall conform to Section 20.2 of the Revegetation Specifications, attached. <br /> All mulch shall be certified as noxious weed free or noxious weed seed free by any authorized <br /> State or County Officer. Documentation of certification shall be provided to the PROJECT <br /> MANAGER prior to application of mulch. <br /> Revegetation of Other Areas <br /> The following revegetation procedures will be applied at the access roads, the excavation area and <br /> all other areas disturbed during performance of this Project. <br /> Seed <br /> Seed will be provided by the OWNER. CONTRACTOR must give the PROJECT MANAGER at <br /> least five (5) workinq days notice of the acreage to be seeded, so that the proper amount of seed <br /> is delivered.
