The proposed SerFer Pit should not be approved by Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br />Safety (the "Division") unless and until it has been reviewed and approved by Larimer <br />County, Weld County, the Town of Windsor, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. <br />Fish and Wildlife Service, the Colorado Division of Wildlife, the Colorado State <br />Department of Health; the Larimer County Health and Environment Department, and the <br />Weld County Health Department. <br />The SerFer Pit will follow the application process outlined by the DRMS rules <br />and regulations, including all required referrals and notifications. <br />If the SerFer Pit permit application is passed by the Board, the applicant will follow all <br />conditions set forth by DRMS. Conditions placed on the permit are at the sole discretion of <br />DRMS and are site specific. <br />If you are satisfied with the above explanation regarding your concerns, please submit a written <br />withdrawal of your objection to the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety.
