Each <br />paragraph will be discussed separately. <br />Paragraph 2-The current registered agent for Eastside Coal Company, Western Associated Energy <br />Corporation and Abraxas Petroleum Corporation is The Corporation Company. They have been the <br />registered agent since February 1998 replacing Robert L. G. Watson. Robert Watson replaced Dave <br />Sturgis as registered agent in 1995. Robert Watson is listed as the registered agent in the current permit. <br />d? Paragraph 3-The revised page 9 lists Robert Watson as President and Chris Williford as Vice President <br />of Eastside Coal Company, Inc. <br />t;vel , Paragraph 4-Revised pages are enclosed with the corrected information listing Chris Williford as Vice <br />President of Western Associated Energy Corporation. <br />Paragraph 5-The revised page 9d listing the officers and directors of Abraxas and the dates they <br />y assumed their duties and dates of resignation if applicable. Chris Williford has been listed as the Chief <br />Financial Officer from the date of his hire which is May of 1993. He is listed as the Chief Financial <br />Officer in the current permit. <br />Robert Patterson resigned his position of Vice President-Operations April 1999.
