Five items of information are, however, still required. Please <br />provide the (day, month, year) of (1) the end date of Dave Sturgis as resident agent, (2) the <br />begin date for Robert Watson as resident agent, (3) the end date for Robert Watson as <br />resident agent, and (4) the begin date for The Corporation Company as resident agent. In <br />addition, please provide (5) an address, telephone number, and social security number <br />(optional) for Lee Billingsley (Mr. Billingsley is a Vice President of Abraxas Petroleum Corp). <br />As before, please waive your right to a decision within the 10-day time frame for Minor <br />Revisions, and request the decision date be extended to a specific date.
