Compensatory Actions Requested:
My awareness.of the underhanded and illegal extortion
that existed between mutiple parties acting outside the law
with respect to the destruction of the Joker Mill instilled in
me an unreasonable fear that a similar thing could happen at the
Ace #7 Mine and could lead to the unwarranted destruction of
facilities here. This fear was intentionally instilled by BLM
employees Rob Ernst and John Husband under the color of.offical
right, similar to that used in Robbins v. Willkie,et al.
In a seperate document, I am requesting a Jury Trial
to determine facts with respect to both the Ace #7 Mine Notice
of Noncompliance and the destruction of the Joker MIll. The jury
findings are to provide the factual basis, if any, for the correct
action in the appropriate venue for the dismissal of all BLM
employees involved in these two matters. The jury findings will
also set compensatory.damages for not having the Joker MIll
available to process my two million tons of ore, and due to the
precedent of Robbins v, Willkie,et al, where the BLM and others
involved were fully aware that they were doing something that was
not proper and obviously contrary to the mining laws, that the
Federal and State cloak of immunity be ripped. aside and that all
such employees involved be held fully acco4able for their actions
through personal financial liability.
Terry ank,ins, Plaintiff
P.O. Box 127, Baggs, WY 82321
Phone 970 583 7342
