These wera_ firm plans that had been in <br />place for several years, since I ran bulk samples from my propex4-,4? <br />in 1987 through the Joker MIll. <br />Compensatory Actions Requested% <br />As compensatory damages, I an asking the Court to Order <br />the BLM to return the stolen mill property to the site and to <br />reconstruct the Joker Mlll as it existed on Sept. 17,2001. r . <br />This should include reconstruction of all the ancillary <br />facilities such as tailings porsd, water supply wells, power <br />generating facilities, shop building, large laboratory building, <br />and open pit access to the Joker orebody, so that the plant is <br />as functional as it was on Sept.17,2001 and including the same <br />mill circuits, that is Reichert Cones, Tabling, Trommel, screening, <br />tailings disposal, sand pumps and all necessary equipment to operate.
