Background:(con't)
During the construction and testing of the Joker Mill
by Centennial Gold Corp, 1984-1987, I was the Chief Mining Engineer
in charge of all mining and exploration in their very large regional
land holdings. At that time, we were testing and running bulk
samples through the Joker Mlll, and I was personally aware of
its functional nature and cost of building and modification, which
was still taking place while I was there. I was also aware at that
time that Orvie Zimmerman and his family owned the underlying placer
mining claims and had them leased to Marathon Gold Corp and
Centennial-Gold Corp(there were two corporate entities involved
in the overall operations), and that the lease was set up to return
the mill facilities to the Zimrmermans as soon as marathon stopped
their operations. According to Orvie, several subsequent leases and
assignments of leases had the same provisions.included.
The last leasee was Mining and Minerals, Ltd,ii, of Dallas,
TX, and their lease was cancelled by Registered Letter from Orvie
Zimmerman to Michael Collins, Pres. of M&IAII.. My letter of
complaint as to the criminal aspect of the matter, dated Nov.27,
2004.is attached herewith to further explain the details of the
destruction of the Joker Mill, which was orchestrated in a manner
that comprised extortion(of Orvie Zimmerman}, by the wrongful use
of fear under the color of official right. Reference for legal
precedent is the January 20,2044 Order for Jury Trial by Judge
Clarence Brimmer, Federal District Court of Wyoming, in the case
of Robbins v. Willkier,et al, 98.-CV-201B. The matter of the des-,
truction of the Joker Mlil in Moffat County, Colo is a similar
extortion by ELM employees and others, acting together in concert
to accomplish an illegal act--the destruction of the Joker Mlli,
