w
f`
Gonzales, Nov 27, 2004 ,P.5
7) Carl B. Mounts, Senior Environmental Protection
Specialist, Colo. Division of MInes and Geology, Denver, Colo.
Participated in joint inspection with Allen Young, Rob Ernst, and
lawyer Jack Merrittslin April,2002, probably the meeting at which
the conspiracy to de£rBUd Orvi.e of mill ownership was hatched. A
flurry of letters back and forth brought the conspiracy full circle
two years later, when the mill equipment was in the possession
of Dirt & Iron, Inc. and the plant was completely destroyed.
8) David E. Blackstone, Craig BLM, position unknown, but
signed official letters for Mr. Husband, threatening civil and
criminal penalties, but offering no reasonable settlement other
than destruction of the Mlll.
9) Jerome D.;Sthil, Craig BLM, position unknown, but
signed official letters for Mr. Husband, designating wells to be destroy
and thereby assuming criminal liability as part of the conspiracy.
10) Allan Young, MIning Engineer, BLM in Craig, assisted
in filing fraudulent governmental report by Ernst, saying severe
public hazards existed at the Joker M111, when in fact it was
behind a locked gat eand in a very remote area seldom seen by public.
The net effect of the interactions of the above parties
was the physical destruction of the Joker Mill by Michael S. Frick of
Dirt and Iron, Inc., of Loma, Colorado, I suppose under contract
to destroy the mill,,and reclaim the area, probably from M&MII,ltd.
The legal problem with all of that is that M&MII, Ltd had no legal
right to enter the Joker claim after the Notice of Cancellation of
the mining permit bodd was issued Sept 27,2001. That effectively
and constructively cancelled the mining lease and title to the
Joker MIll equipment would have passed to Orvie on Dec. 27,2001.
