Gonzales, Nov 27,2004, P. 4,con't <br />CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES: <br />E) Constitutional Tort by Federal officers and others(24) <br />was shared jointly and severally by all parties involved, which <br />included the following: <br />1) Mr. Rob Ernst, Geologist, Little Snake River Resource <br />Area Office, author of all BLM letters and originator of the idea <br />that the Joker MIll.should be torn down to "punish any mining <br />company, since he had previously been summarily dismissed by each <br />mining company employer, who would not stand for his BS". <br />2) Mr. John Husband, Rob`s boss at BLM inCraig, who approved <br />and encouraged false,reporting, excessive BLM actions, and the thefts. <br />3) Mr. Jack Merritts, -Lawyer for M&MII,ltd, who "cut a deal <br />with BLM and CDMG in,April,2002, that originated and enlarged the <br />conspiracy to destroy the Joker M111" He is from Dsnver,Colo. <br />4) Mr. Mi&el Collins, Pres. of MWII,Ltd, Dallas, Tx, who <br />owned the Joker MI11 equipment and the mining permit and leased <br />the Joker claim from Orvie Zimmerman, agent for the Zimmerman Family. <br />Collins interacted with Ernst, Husband, merrits, and Mounts to avoid <br />telling the land owner what was going on in the conspiracy to avoid <br />transferring title to the mill equipment to Orvie, as the mining <br />lease called for, and instead transferring title to Michael S. Frick, <br />Pres of Dirt & Iron, Inc, the salvage contractor that destroyed the <br />mill pysically in Oct31,2002 to Dec. 4,2004. <br />5) Barbara P. Chalmers, K&KII. Ltd, lied in a letter to <br />CDMG, stating that the BLM was the owner of the property, not <br />mentioning Orvie Zimmerman, who was the true owner. <br />b) Michael S'. Frick, Dirt & Iron, Inc. was well aware that <br />questions &%isted about mill equipment ownerships when he asked in <br />a letter of Oct 31,2002 that funds he escrowed to cover the value <br />cF
