Brennise - (Owners of both Land Parcel and LLC): <br />Located on a Parcel of Approximately 62 Acres, in the NE/4 of Section 3, T6N, <br />R90W, Moffat County. Colorado. <br />Dear Mr. Hoeber2: <br />4B Land & Livestock LLC is applying for a DMR&S Limited Regular 112 <br />Permit and also a Moffat Countv Special Use Permit for a 62 acre site. No wet-lands, or other water resources will be affected by <br />the site activities. Ail stormwaier will be contained under the site S W ivir and general <br />Stormwater Permit to the excavated areas. Ditching, silt fencing, berms, bales and <br />other site stormwater BMP's will be used as part of site stormwater controls. A CDOT <br />permitted access is planned. The parcel has always had restricted access to public <br />R.O.W. and an easement will allow planned project related and future "post <br />reclamation" access to the separate 62 acre parcel. <br />The mine area, as shown on the maps, totals approximately 62 acres. Mining activities <br />may take place in any of the 2 pond footprint areas at any time in order to establish <br />the initial 2 separate water surfaces for stormwater control and dewatering.
