The revised cost estimate will be forwarded to SCC as soon as <br />it is completed. The current bond amount held is $5,200,000.00. If the midterm <br />reclamation cost review indicates a liability higher than the current bond held, submittal of <br />additional bond will be required. <br />SECTION III -STATUS OF STIPULATIONS <br />Since the submittal of the original permit application there have been a total of eighteen <br />stipulations issued. Seventeen of these stipulations were issued prior to the permit renewal <br />decision date of August 2, 2005. All of these stipulations have been terminated or complied <br />with. One new stipulation was added with Permit Revision No. 2 in 2006 since the time of the <br />last permit renewal. This stipulation is listed below. This stipulation has also been complied <br />with. A complete list of all stipulations is provided in the Proposed Decision and Findings of <br />Compliance for Permit Revision No. 2 dated February 28, 2006. <br />STIPULATION NO. I8 <br />BY NO LATER THAN MARCH 15, 2007, THE OPERATOR WILL SUBMIT A COMPLETE <br />TECHNICAL REVISION APPLICATION THAT WILL DESCRIBE THE HISTORIC <br />RECORD BASED HERBACEOUS PRODUCTION STANDARD FOR NON-CROPLAND <br />3 <br />
