A. All costs to comply with the requirements of this Section of the Specifications shall be considered <br />to be included in the Contract Price and no additional compensation will be provided. <br />PART 2: PRODUCTS [NOT USED] <br />PART 3: EXECUTION <br />3.01 MAINTENANCE OF DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES <br />A. Store documents and samples on-site apart from documents used for construction. <br />1. Provide files and racks for storage of documents. <br />2. Provide secure storage space for storage of samples. <br />B. Maintain documents in clean, dry, legible condition and in good order. Do not use record <br />documents for construction purposes. <br />C. Make documents and samples available at all times for inspection by COMPANY or <br />COMPANY's Representative. <br />D. Failure to properly maintain record documents maybe reason to delay a portion of progress <br />payments until records comply with Contract Documents. <br />3.02 RECORD DOCUMENTS <br />A. Label each document "PROJECT RECORD" in neat, large printed letters. <br />B. Maintain record set of Drawings and Specifications at the project that are legibly annotated to <br />show all changes made during construction. <br />1. Graphically depict changes by modifying or adding to plans, details, sections, elevations, or <br />schedules. <br />2. Make changes on each sheet affected by changes. <br />C. Record information concurrently with construction progress. <br />1. Do not conceal Work until required information is recorded. <br />2. Record changes made by Written Amendment, Field Order, Change Order or Work Directive <br />Change, Design Change Request, or Construction Deviation. <br />D. Record for each product Section of the Specifications a description of the actual products installed <br />including the following: <br />1. Manufacturer's name and product model number. <br />2. Product substitutions or alternates used. <br />3. Changes made by Change Order. <br />4. Quality control procedures and test results. <br />01780-2 <br />
