SECTION 01780 <br />PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS <br />PART 1: GENERAL <br />1.01 AESCRIPTION <br />A. All Work included in this Section shall be performed in accordance with the following <br />pazagraphs and the provisions of the other Contract Documents. <br />1.02 SUI~IlVIARY <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall maintain at the site (or in CONTRACTOR's possession) one set of record <br />documents including all: <br />1. Drawings <br />2. Specifications <br />3. Change Orders <br />4. Field test records (if applicable) <br />5. Associated permits <br />6. Redline as-built drawings <br />7. Documentation of construction activities as required by the Contract Documents. <br />Records shall be kept in good condition and legibly annotated to show changes made during <br />construction. Store record documents sepazate from documents used for construction, clearly <br />mark, and make accessible to COMPANY at all times. <br />B. CONTRACTOR shall record information on record documents concurrent with construction <br />progress. COMPANY may require CONTRACTOR to improve its performance with regazd to <br />recording information during the construction process. <br />1.03 FINAL SUBMITTALS <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall submit to ENGINEER for proof of specification compliance the Project <br />Record Document Set upon substantial completion prior to certification by Office of State <br />Engineer. <br />1.04 BASIS FOR COMPENSATION <br />01780-1 <br />
