A. If CONTRACTOR proposes to use alternate or substitute products, CONTRACTOR shall <br />submit written application. <br />B. Submit three (3) copies of literature, drawings, and any other data necessary to substantiate that <br />proposed substitute is equivalent or equal to the item named. <br />C. Do not proceed with product installation or use until written approval by ENGINEER is <br />received. <br />1.10 RECORD DOCUMENTS <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall submit all record documents (or clearly legible copies) to Engineer upon <br />substantial completion prior to certification by Office of the State Engineer. <br />B. Record documents consist of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders, Shop <br />Drawings, and other documents requested in Section 017801egibly annotated to reflect all <br />changes made during construction. <br />1.11 WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE CERTIFICATES <br />A. Submit three (3) executed copies to Engineer upon substantial completion prior to certification <br />by Office of the State Engineer. <br />B. All warranty or guarantee certificates shall be signed by CONTRACTOR and all other parties as <br />requested in specific sections. <br />1.12 BASIS FOR COMPENSATION <br />A.
