1.06 REVIEW OF SUBMITTALS <br />A. ENGINEER's review of engineering data will cover only general conformity of the data to the <br /> Specifications and Contract Documents, external connections, and interfaces with equipment <br /> and materials famished under separate specifications. ENGINEER'S review does not indicate a <br /> thorough review of all dimensions, quantities, and details of the equipment, material, device, or <br /> item indicated or the accuracy of the information or documentation submitted; nor shall review <br /> or approval by ENGIlVEER be construed as relieving CONTRACTOR from any and all <br /> responsibility for errors or deviations from the requirements of the Contract Documents. <br />B. All engineering data submitted, after final processing by ENGINEER shall become a part of the <br />' Contract Documents and the Work indicated or described thereby shall be performed in <br /> conformity therewith unless otherwise required by COMPANY. <br />' 1.07 SUBMITTAL FOR INFORMATION OR DOCUMENTATION <br />A. Submit three copies: one copy for ENGINEER, one copy for COMPANY, and one copy for <br />' DAM FACILITY OWNER. <br />B. Submittal shall be made at least 5 days before the subject of the submittal is to be incorporated <br /> into the Work. <br />C. Submittal is for the purpose of formal verification that the subject of the submittal conforms to <br /> the requirements of the Specifications, for formal documentation of the Work, or both. <br />D. No action is required by COMPANY or ENGINEER. ENGINEER will generally notify <br />CONTRACTOR if deficiencies are identified, however CONTRACTOR is solely responsible <br />for ensuring that the subject of the submittal conforms to the requirements of the Specifications. <br />1.08 SUBMITTAL FOR PROOF OF SPECIFICATION COMPLIANCE <br />A. Submit two copies: one copy for ENGINEER, one copy for COMPANY. COMPANY copy <br />maybe submitted to ENGINEER if authorized by COMPANY. <br />B. Submittal shall be made at least 5 days before the subject of the submittal is to be incorporated <br />into the Work. <br />C. Submittal is for the purpose of formal verification that the subject of the submittal conforms to <br />the requirements of the Specifications, for formal documentation of the Work, or both. <br />D. No action is required by COMPANY or ENGINEER.
