All submittals shall come from CONTRACTOR and submittals directly from Subcontractors or <br />vendors will be returned without action. <br />D. The COMPANY may authorize and prohibit transmittal of submittals in electronic format if <br />necessary. <br />1.02 PROGRESS SCHEDULE AND WORK PLAN <br />' A. Prior to construction, CONTRACTOR shall submit to ENGINEER and COMPANY a detailed <br />Work Plan as detailed in Section 01100 of the Specifications outlining the methods and <br />procedures for all activities required to complete the Work. <br />B. Prior to construction, CONTRACTOR shall submit to ENGINEER and COMPANY a detailed <br />Interim Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan as detailed in Section 02370 of the <br />Specifications. <br />C. CONTRACTOR shall submit an estimated progress schedule and a finalized progress schedule <br />in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement and Section 01311 of the Specifications. <br />D. CONTRACTOR shall revise the fmalized progress schedule from time to time, as may be <br />reasonably requested by ENGINEER, to reflect the current status and progress of the Work and <br />the operations necessary to complete the Work as required. <br />E. The progress schedule shall clearly illustrate the sequence of the Work (by locations and other <br />factors as maybe appropriate) to be followed by CONTRACTOR to efficiently progress with <br />the Work. <br />1.03 SCHEDULE OF VALUES <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall submit to COMPANY a Schedule of Values in conjunction with the bid <br />form and shall be in accordance with the Agreement and in the format herein specified. <br />' B. The Schedule of Values shall be a detailed cost breakdown for all lump sum items of Work <br />which shall include quantities and unit prices of items aggregating each lump sum price included <br />' in the Contract and shall subdivide the Work into component parts in sufficient detail to serve as <br />the basis for progress payments during construction. Unit price Work shall be subject to <br />progress payments based on the units of Work completed as provided for in the Agreement. <br />' C. The Schedule of Values shall be organized in a tabular format with the following columns <br />(clearly labeled) as a minimum: <br />' 1. ITEM NUMBER: Number items according to the item numbers provided on <br />the Bid Form. <br />' 2. ITEM DESCRIPTION: Written description of what item consists of. <br />' 01330-2 <br />
