SECTION 01330 <br />SUBMITTALS <br />PART 1: GENERAL <br />1.01 .GENERAL SUBMITTAL PROCEDURES <br />,~ <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall: <br />' 1. Transmit each submittal labeled with the Project name, name of the submittal, and Section <br />and page number of these Contract Documents in which the submittal was required. <br />Indicate the type or purpose of the submittal as more fully described elsewhere in this <br />' section with regard to the Schedule of Submittals. Transmit the correct number of copies <br />as described below for each type of submittal. Each submittal shall be accompanied by a <br />transmittal letter stating the same information. <br />' 2. Transmit all submittals to recipients specified herein. <br />3. Apply CONTRACTOR'S stamp, signed or initialed certifying that review and verification <br />' of products required, field dimensions, adjacent construction work, and coordination of <br />information, is in accordance with the requirements of the Work and Contract Documents. <br />Unstamped or unsigned submittals will be returned without action. <br />4. Schedule submittals to expedite Project and in accordance with the Schedule of Submittals <br />to be prepared by CONTRACTOR. Coordinate submission of related items. <br />5. Identify all variations or deviations from the Contract Documents and identify alternative <br />products or system limitations which maybe detrimental to successful performance of the <br />completed Work. <br />6. Any significant or substantial changes to the Work shall be subject to the review and <br />authorization of the Colorado Division of Water Resources -Office of State Engineer. <br />Such changes will be submitted to the CO DWR by others. <br />Provide space for ENGINEER review stamps and comments on all submittals. <br />Revise and resubmit submittals as required in a timely manner. Identify all changes made <br />since previous submittal. <br />Promptly distribute copies of reviewed submittals to Subcontractors, suppliers, and other <br />concerned parties. Instruct parties to promptly report any inability to comply with <br />provisions. <br />10. Not proceed with any Work requiring a submittal, including resubmittal, to ENGINEER <br />until the submittal has been returned to CONTRACTOR without a requirement for <br />resubmittal. <br />01330-1 <br />
