' 1.13 PROJECT CONTACTS <br />' A. CONTRACTOR shall submit to COMPANY a list of personnel available for ongoing technical <br />support and who are familiar with the Project and are responsible for its completion. <br />' B. The list should include at least three persons, including CONTRACTOR'S superintendent, and <br />should include names, functional titles, mailing addresses, delivery addresses, and phone <br />numbers. <br />' C. At least two phone numbers shall be furnished which will provide 24-hour answering by a <br />competent technical representative of CONTRACTOR in the event of an emergency or other <br />' unanticipated condition requiring immediate attention. At least one person shall be available at all <br />times for immediate response to the site within 2 hours of being called. The responding person <br />shall be CONTRACTOR's representative at the Site and shall have authority to act on behalf of <br />' CONTRACTOR. <br />1.14 BASIS FOR COMPENSATION <br />' A. All costs to comply with the requirements of this Section of the Specifications shall be considered <br />to be included in the Contract Price as set forth in the Agreement and no additional compensation <br />will be provided. <br />1.15 QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL <br />A. Quality assurance and quality control for the project shall be as detailed below and as set forth in <br />the each individual Section of the Specifications, where applicable. <br />B. Site Investigation and Control <br />1. CONTRACTOR shall verify all dimensions in the field and shall check field conditions <br />continuously during construction. CONTRACTOR shall be solely responsible for any <br />inaccuracies built into the Work due to his failure to comply with this requirement. <br />2. CONTRACTOR shall inspect related and appurtenant Work and shall report in writing to <br />ENGINEER any conditions that will prevent proper completion of the Work. Failure to <br />report any such conditions shall constitute acceptance of all site conditions, and any <br />required removal, repair, or replacement caused by unsuitable conditions shall be <br />performed by CONTRACTOR at his sole cost and expense. <br />C. Inspection of the Work <br />The Work shall be conducted under the general observation of ENGINEER and shall be <br />subject to inspection by representatives of ENGINEER acting on behalf of COMPANY to <br />ensure strict compliance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. Such <br />inspection may include mill, plant, shop, or field inspection, as required. ENGINEER shall <br />be permitted access to all parts of the Work, including plants where materials or equipment <br />are manufactured or fabricated. <br />2. The presence of ENGINEER or any inspector(s), however, shall not relieve <br />CONTRACTOR of the responsibility for the proper execution of the Work in accordance <br />01110-8 <br />
