E. Survey Markers: CONTRACTOR shall conduct operations so as to preserve benchmarks, survey <br />reference points, and stakes, existing or established by COMPANY for the construction. <br />CONTRACTOR will be charged the expense of repairing or replacing survey markers and shall <br />be responsible for mistakes or lost time that results due to damage or destruction of survey <br />markers due to CONTRACTOR's operations. <br />1.09 CONTRACTOR WORK PLAN <br />' A. Prior to construction, CONTRACTOR shall submit for information and documentation to <br />COMPANY a detailed Work Plan outlining the proposed methods and sequences that shall <br />include, but is not limited to, erosion control measures, clearing, excavating, control of <br />' water, material source development and stockpiling, traffic safety precautions, earthwork, <br />protection of existing instrumentation, facility constructions, and all other Work. All <br />proposed elements, methods, materials, and sequences shall be in accordance with Laws <br />and Regulations. Review of the Work Plan by COMPANY does not relieve <br />' CONTRACTOR from responsibility for the Work and construction sequences and <br />methods. All proposed elements, methods, materials, and sequences shall be in accordance <br />with Laws and Regulations. Any proposed significant or substantial changes to the Work <br />' shall be authorized by the Colorado Division of Water Resources -Office of State <br />Engineer. The plan shall be in accordance with the scheduling requirements set forth in <br />Section 01311. <br />1.10 CONTRACTOR INTERIM EROSION AND SEDIlVIENTATION CONTROL PLAN <br />A. Prior to construction, CONTRACTOR shall submit for information and documentation an <br />interim erosion and sedimentation control plan for the Work. The plan shall be submitted <br />in conjunction with the Contractor Work Plan. Review of the interim erosion and <br />sedimentation control plan by COMPANY does not relieve CONTRACTOR from <br />responsibility for the Work and construction sequences and methods. All proposed <br />elements, methods, materials, and sequences shall be in accordance with Laws and <br />Regulations. Any proposed significant or substantial changes to the Work shall be <br />authorized by the Colorado Division of Water Resources -Office of State Engineer. The <br />plan shall be in accordance with the scheduling requirements set forth in Section 01311. <br />1.11 SEQUENCE OF WORK <br />A. Work shall commence as detailed in the Agreement and shall be completed on or before the date <br />indicated in the Agreement. <br />B. CONTRACTOR shall determine the sequence of Work required to efficiently carry out the <br />Work. The sequence of the Work shall be clearly evident from CONTRACTOR'S Work Plan and <br />construction schedule. <br />1.12 WORK BY OTHERS <br />A. CONTRACTOR is responsible for all coordination with other Work, if applicable. <br />01110-7 <br />
