NATIVE AMERICAN RELIGIOUS CONCERNS <br />No identified sacred sites or traditional use <br />areas exist in the proposed modification area. <br />With mining of the proposed modification area <br />being totally underground, there will be no <br />surface impacts. WASTES, HAZARDOUS OR SOLID <br />No hazardous wastes are used during the coal <br />mining process. Solid human wastes are <br />processed through two septic tanks and a leach <br />field as part of the surface facilities at the <br />mine. Other solid waste (trash) is picked up <br />regularly by trash disposal businesses and <br />disposed of in an appropriate manner. <br />Therefore, there are no identified direct, <br />indirect or cumulative impact. <br />i.
