1
' Susan Harrison Representative Experience ICont'dl
' • Wyndemere Park Subdivision, Thornton, Colorado.
' The Wyndemere Park site is a 24-acre vacant property with partially constructed streets adjacent
to the floodplain and public open space connected to Grange Hall Creek. Among the tasks
performed by Ms. Harrison were public records and historic land uses research, and site and area
reconnaissances. As project manager, Ms. Harrison was responsible for administration of the
' project, technical duties, and writing a complete report of the results of the assessment.
• House & Ostrander, Denver, Colorado.
Ms. Harrison conducted a Phase I ESA of the site consisting of two single story multi-tenant
office warehouse buildings totaling approximately 36,400 sq. ft. Her responsibilities included
preparation of a concise report based on her research and review of available public records and
reports concerning the history of site and area development, the geologic and hydrogeologic
' setting of the area, and a review of pertinent regulatory agency files to identify potential
environmental problems or concerns with the subject property and/or the adjacent area.
• Gold Plane Custom Cabinets, Northglenn, Colorado.
The subject property consists of a 33,450 sq. ft. lot and manufacturing facility located in a small
area of industrial development within a predominantly residential area. Ms. Harrison performed
an assessment of present site conditions, a brief historical review of past land uses, a review of
' readily available documents pertaining to the environmental condition of the site and the
surrounding area, and a limited asbestos materials survey. Her site and area reconnaissance was
conducted to detect surficial evidence of potential environmental concerns such as improper
' waste disposal, chemical spills, underground storage tanks, etc. Added to the scope was an
extended investigation as to the status of a reported, but unobservable UST on the property.
' • Creekside II Office Park, Arapahoe County, Colorado.
As project manager, Ms. Harrison completed a Phase I ESA of the site consisting of nine buildings
occupying 4.71 acres. The product was a concise report based on review of available public
records and pertinent regulatory agency files concerning site history and area development,
' potential environmental concerns, the geologic and hydrogeologic setting of the area, limited
asbestos and radon surveys, and a driving reconnaissance of the adjacent area.
' • Ironworkers Apprenticeship, Denver, Colorado.
The Ironworkers Apprenticeship Facility is located near downtown Denver in a long established
industrial area bordered by the South Platte River and older low income housing. Ms. Harrison,
' as project manager, performed site history review, aerial photograph evaluation, findings of a site
visit, and a review of documents pertaining to environmental conditions of the site and
surrounding area. Due to the heavily industrialized nature of the area, potential for hazardous
materials to enter the soil or groundwater was carefully evaluated.
1
