Her responsibilities include project management; <br />interpretation of federal, state, and local environmental and land use regulations and statutes; real <br />estate, federal agency, state agency and local agency records research; historical use; limited asbestos <br />surveys; consideration of wetlands, threatened and endangered species, and historical and <br />archaeological resources; site reconnaissance; and report writing. Representative experience related <br />to Phase I environmental site assessment (ESA) projects include: <br />Representative experience related to environmental site assessment (ESA) projects include: <br />' • Three commercial/industrial properties, Colorado Springs, Colorado. <br />Ms. Harrison conducted a Phase I ESA fora 46,400 sq. ft. multi-tenant office/manufacturing <br />building, two office/manufacturing buildings totalling 350,300 sq. ft., and alive-acre vacant, <br />' industrially zoned parcel adjacent to Douglas Creek. The scopes of work included research and <br />review of available public records and reports concerning the history of the site and area land <br />uses, geologic and hydrogeologic setting, and review of regulatory agency files to identify <br />' potential environmental problems or concerns; limited asbestos surveys of the buildings; and <br />driving reconnaissances of the adjacent areas. She wrote three reports submitted to the client <br />which included statements of current conditions and analysis relating to environmental concerns. <br />' • Autumn Chase Apartments, Douglas County, Colorado. <br />Ms. Harrison performed a Phase I ESA on an 18-acre, 40 building apartment complex constructed <br />in 1986 in a rapidly developing part of the Denver Metropolitan Area adjacent to a major new <br />' freeway. Her assessment included a review of public records, historical aerial photographic <br />analysis, interviews with knowledgeable persons, a site and adjacent area reconnaissance, and <br />limited asbestos materials survey. The project was finalized by Ms. Harrison through a well- <br />' organized report outlining the results of the assessment. <br />1 <br /> <br />
