1 <br /> <br />Susan Harrison Representative Experience ICont'dl <br />' <br /> • Centennial Shopping Center North, Englewood, Colorado. <br /> Ms. Harrison managed and conducted a Phase I ESA of the northern portion of this multi-tenant <br />' retail center. Her work included research and review of available public records and regulatory <br /> agency files concerning the history of site and area development, the geologic and hydrogeologic <br /> setting of the area, and a limited asbestos survey. She wrote a detailed report of the results of <br />t the analysis. <br /> • Two vacant industrial properties, EI Paso County, Colorado. <br /> Ms. Harrison conducted Phase I ESAs on two industrial sites; one an 11-acre infill site in Colorado <br /> Springs, the other a 200-acre former farm with farm house and outbuildings on the edge of the <br /> City of Fountain. The scopes of work included research and review of available public records <br /> and reports concerning site histories and area land uses; geologic and hydrogeologic setting; <br /> review of regulatory agency files to identify potential environmental problems or concerns; review <br />' for potential wetlands, archaeological and historic resources, and threatened and endangered <br /> species; and a driving reconnaissance of the adjacent area. <br />' • Jefferson County Open Space, Jefferson County, Colorado. <br /> As project manager, Ms. Harrison conducted an assessment of a vacant 12-acre site previously <br /> planned as a school location within recent residential development. 'The assessment included a <br />' site history review, aerial photograph evaluation, findings of a site reconnaissance, and review <br /> f documents pertaining to environmental conditions of the site and vicinity. <br />Land Use Planning: <br />' Ms. Harrison has over 8 years of experience in project planning and technical support related to land <br />development, zoning, environmental, and facilities planning. She performs research and analysis of <br />land use issues and report writing in the submittal of rezoning, development, and mine permit <br />application documentation. Technical applications include map use, computerized data analysis, <br />' maintenance of large computerized databases, and identification of client project data requirements. <br />Representative experience related to land use and facilities planning projects includes: <br />' • Western Aggregates, Inc. Power Plant Ash Disposal Facility and Sand and Gravel Mine, <br />Jefferson County, Colorado. <br />Ms. Harrison has provided data research to meet requirements of a number of facility permit <br />' applications. Issues she has addressed include local and state government land use regulations, <br />zoning, compilation of site physical, biological, and cultural data, visual resource analysis and <br />landscape planning. <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
