Subsequently, the CDMG <br />approved this final topsoil management plan on December 9, 1997. Hence, no soil balance <br />wi 11 be submitted wrth any further Annual Reclamation Report. <br />Soil Salvaq e, Story qe and Replacement <br />• Soil salvage fdis[urbance) areas and soil stockpiles sites as of December 31, 1999 are <br />shown on Exhabit 9-3a, from the 1995 Annual Re clama[ion Repo r[.
