Any areas adversely <br />affected by erosion, repairs, equipment damage, poor grass growth, etc. will be <br />revegetated. The perimeter fencing will be inspected and repaired as required to prevent <br />unauthorized access to the facility. <br />3.63 Groundwater Monitoring <br />The groundwater monitoring system being utilized at the time of closure will be <br />maintained throughout the post-closure caze period, unless revisions to the program ate <br />either required by CDPHE, or are sought by the Owner and approved by the CDPHE. <br />The results of all monitoring will be reported and placed into the operating record. The <br />frequency of groundwater monitoring during the post-closure caze period may be <br />affected by the results of groundwatermonitoring performed during the active life of [he <br />facility. Groundwater monitoring will continue at the frequency utilized at the time of <br />closure. Consistent with the requirements of 6 CCR 1007-2, the CDPHE will be <br />• notified of any groundwater impacts that occur during the post-closure period. Any <br />actions taken as a result of groundwater impact will also be placed in the operating <br />record. <br />3.6.4 LandfillGasMonitoring <br />The landfill gas monitoring in the site monitoring wells being utilized at the time of <br />closure will be maintained throughout the post-closure care period, or until the CDPHE <br />deems that explosive gas monitoring at the facility is no longer required, whichever is <br />shorter. The frequency of landfill gas monitoring during the post-closure caze period <br />may be affected by the results of previous gas monitoring and adjustments in the <br />frequency granted by the CDPHE during the active life of the facility. Landfill gas <br />monitoring will continue at the frequency utilized at the time of closure.
