Final cover as described above will applied to these outerslopes as they <br />reach final elevations. This will result in the final cover advancing from the east and <br />then the north and south as the waste reaches final elevation. <br />3.5.2 The final grades shall promote surface water run-off and minimize erosion, and shall <br />have slopes no less than 5% (20:1) and no greater than 25% (4:1). <br />The final grades of the depository aze presented on Drawing 6. The top of the <br />depository is designed to slope to the surrounding edges. Erosion control berms will be <br />placed at approximately mid-height of the cover as shown on Drawing 6. The slope of <br />• the cover will not exceed 25%.
