October 2000 -57- 003-2191 <br />3.4(C) Explosive Gas Monitoring <br />The Operator will keep a record of all explosive gas monitoring results. Such records <br />will note the monitoring location, the type of monitoring instrument, the individual who <br />performed the monitoring as well as the date and result of the monitoring. Monitoring <br />will be performed at least quarterly. <br />3.4(D) Construction As-built Details <br />The Operator will keep a record of all construction as-built details. The information <br />will include, but not be limited to, as-built details of the surface run-on and run-off <br />control system, monitoring wells, liner and leachate collection systems and final cover. <br />3.4(E) Variations from Approved Operations Procedures <br />• The Operator will keep a record of any vaziation from the approved operations <br />procedures. Such record will include the authority for the variation or an explanation as <br />to why the variation from the approved operations procedures was necessary. <br />3.4(F) Any Demonstration and Waiver Documentation <br />The Operator will keep a record of any demonstration and waiver documentation <br />required by the regulations. <br />3.4.1 Deed Notation <br />Following closure of the depository, the Operator will record a notation on the deed to <br />the facility property, or some other instrument that is normally examined during title <br />search.
