October 2000 -48- <br />• 3.3.2 Operational Data <br />003-2191 <br />(A) The qualifications, names, and addresses of the persons operating the depository <br />and having the authority to take corrective action in the event of noncompliance <br />At this time the personnel have not been hired to operate the depository. The following <br />personnel listed by title will be employed by Petrotec International Corp. <br />Depository Manager -Responsible for the operation of the depository in compliance <br />with the operations plan. Responsible for record keeping, reporting and supervising <br />other personnel. <br />Equipment Operator- Operate the depository equipment so the depository is operated in <br />an efficient, safe manner and in compliance with the operations plan. He is responsible <br />. for random inspections of the incoming refuse. <br />Gate Attendant - Ascertain the size of the load for each incoming vehicle. Collect the <br />published disposal fee. Control incoming refuse and take caze of daily records. Trained <br />to detect the type of waste that can be accepted by the depository and have authority to <br />refuse admission to the depository in the case of unsuitable refuse. <br />During the initial operation of the depository, the equipment operator and the gate <br />attendant may be the same individual. <br />(B) The hours of the day and the days of the week that the land will be operating <br />The depository will be operated Monday through Saturday 8:00 A.M. [0 4:30 P.M.
