The sediment control system shall contain the 100-year precipitation event <br />(see Appendix 3 calculations). The Operator will begin closure activities of each <br />disposal phase no later than thirty days after final waste grades are reached. The site <br />may be closed in stages as the final contotu is achieved as the waste is deposited. <br />Partial closure will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.5.9. <br />The closure cost estimate is provided in Appendix 7. <br />2.6 POST-CLOSURE CARE AND MAINTENANCE STANDARDS <br />A post-closure plan has been submitted to Douglas Counry and the Colorado <br />Department of Health for final closure of the depository as a part of this permit <br />application. The plan will be installed as approved and placed in the permanent <br />operating record both at the site and at the general offices of the company. Post-closure <br />care will conform to all applicable rules for MSWLF's and will be incorporated as a <br />part of the applicable permit criteria for this site.
