Any changes in
the statistical variance of the pazameters will be analyzed in accordance with the
provisions of the Regulations. The parameters for which the operator will be
analyzing will be approved in advance by the CDPHE.
The Operator has designed and installed a groundwater monitoring system to conform
with Appendix B, Section B2 of the Solid Waste Regulations of 6 CCR 1007-2. The
system consists of a sufficient number of wells, installed at appropriate locations and
depths, to yield groundwater samples from the uppermost aquifer that:
• Represent the quality of upgradient groundwater that has not been
affected by leakage from an existing disposal azea
• Represent the quality of the groundwater passing the downgradient
compliance boundary of the proposed waste disposal facility

All wells monitor the uppermost aquifer beneath the site, a sandstone unit in the
Dawson azkose, at depths ranging from 96 to 220 feet below the existing ground
VON1191RI915ed~li~Permiil000 doc Sedalia Recycling Center and Depository
