Actual water withdrawal during Water Year 1983 <br />' was less than 0.002% of the annual river flow. <br /> Water supplies during 1984 will be obtained from WECC's <br /> water rights in accordance with Colorado Water Law. <br /> The freshwater pond will be filled during spring runoff <br />' and kept near ly full until water rights are out of <br /> priority. <br /> <br /> Sanitary Waste Water <br /> <br /> A sanitary was te water treatment p lant was constructed <br />' and completed in the fall of 1982. <br />' Start-up of the wastewater treatment plant began about <br /> November 1, 1982 . However, prior to December 1 there <br /> was no discharge from the plant. During December, as <br /> the facility was being brought into operation and as <br />" <br /> the <br />bugs" were being worked out, there was frequently <br /> little or no measurable discharge. Flow during <br /> December ranged from zero gallons per day to 1500 gal- <br />' Ions per day. <br />' Beginning in January 1983, discharge from the waste- <br />water treatment plant has averaged 2000 gallons per <br />day.
