The special use permit is limited to uses and facilities presented in the project plan. <br />Any additional uses or facilities, or expansion of operations must be applied for in a <br />new or amended application. <br />3. The operator shall prevent the spread of weeds to surrounding lands, and comply <br />with the Undesirable Plant Management Act, adopted in 1990. <br />5. All road and bridge repair and maintenance agreements made with Routt County <br />prior to permit issuance shall be adhered to, and the permittee shalt follow the terms <br />and conditions set forth in the Road Monitoring and Maintenance Plan. <br />6.
