Approve, with or without conditions, the vacation, relocation and rededication of the above <br />mentioned section of RCR 27 if it is in the public interest to vacate and relocate the road. <br />Table the decision for further discussion or if more information is needed. <br />Deny the vacation and relocation of this section of RCR 27 if it is not in the public interest. <br />If the approval is granted with conditions, the following may be considered: <br />1. Twentymile Coal Company shall provide legal descriptions of both the vacated portion and <br />propose realignment of RCR 27. <br />B. Approve an amendment of SUP #93-233 with the following additional conditions under <br />condition #19 of SUP #93-233: <br />i. Traffic on RCR 27 shall not be completely blocked at any time. Flagmen and traffic control <br />devices shall be used to direct traffic while the road is being constructed. <br />j. All new road cuts, beans, and other soil disturbance shall be revegetated with a seed <br />mixture as recommended by the U.S. Soil Conservation Service. Side Slopes shall be a <br />maximum of 1.5:1 slope. <br />k. Dust mitigation shall be provided during road construction and as necessary until the road is <br />paved. <br />I. Sedimentation into Foidel Creek due to construction of the proposed road shall be minimized <br />to protect riparian habitat. <br />m. In order to avoid interference of elk and deer winter range, no road construction activities <br />shall occur during the winter months. <br />n. The relocation of RCR 27 shall be a permanent relocation and the vacated portion of RCR <br />27 shall be used as a barrier to possible rockfall on to the new portion of RCR 27. <br />Page 3 <br />
