Adding these hourly trips to the
peak hourly trips generated by the site results in a relatively low estimated peak hourly volume
such that the Level of Service or average travel speed, percent time delay and roadway capacity
utilization should not be significantly changed or adversely impacted.
3.0 Sight Distance and Turning Movement
' The two proposed site access locations have been reviewed for sight distance length and turning
movement to assure safe and efficient operation of vehiculaz traffic on CR 7 and CR 36.
1 3.1 CR 7
' The access location on CR 7 is proposed to be located 75' South of the North property line
approximately '/z mile North of CR 36.
