This section covers the supply and installation of geosynthetic liners, including <br />' Geosynthetic Clay Liners (GCL) and High Density Polyethelene geomembranes. <br /> 1.2 RELATED SECTIONS <br />' A. Section 02200 -Earthwork <br /> 1.3 SUBMITTALS <br /> ' <br /> A. Contractor shall submit liner panel diagrams and manufacturer <br />s conformance <br /> certificates at least 5 days prior to liner installation. <br />' <br /> 1.4 QUALITY CONTROL <br /> A. Contractor shall perform liner installation and seaming with trained personnel <br />' experienced in similar liner installations. <br />' B. All seams shall be tested for adequacy using an acceptable method as specified in <br />Part 3 <br />3 of this Section <br /> . <br />. <br />' C. Geosynthetic liner manufacturers shall submit appropriate manufacturing quality <br />control data as well as the minimum average roll certifications. <br /> D. Subgrade acceptance by the liner fabricator/installer will be required for the liner <br />' installations. <br /> 1.5 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br />' A. Measurement for payment of geosynthetic liner installations shall be made by field <br /> survey of the net area of liner completely installed. No measurement will be made <br /> on scrap, overlap, or on the materials buried in anchor trenches, . <br /> B.
