<br />12.4.2.3 Individual sample data shall be maintained in <br />accordance with the format in Annex A attached to <br />this section. <br />12.4.2.4 The licensee shall include statistical <br />evaluations and graphical summaries, including <br />estimates of random and systematic errors, of all <br />effluent release data and all environmental <br />monitoring data in the March 31 and September 30 <br />reports required by I,C 12.1.9.2.3. <br />12.4.3 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br />The licensee shall maintain a quality assurance <br />program in accordance with USNRC Regulatory Guide <br />4.15 unless otherwise approved in the Procedures <br />Manual required by IC 12.1.7. <br />12.4.4 ECUIPNffNi' AVAILABLE <br />The inventory of monitoring equipment shall be <br />such that an adequate supply of operable and <br />calibrated units aze always on hand. <br />12.4.5 CALIBFATICN OF DQUIPNIETTI' <br />The licensee shall calibrate all radiation <br />monitoring and sampling equipment after repair <br />and, unless otherwise authorized by the <br />Department, at least semiannually or at the <br />manufacturer's suggested interval, whichever is <br />more frequent. Also, a check source shall be <br />used to assure that radiation detection <br />instruments are operating properly before each <br />use. Alpha counting systems shall be calibrated <br />at least monthly by using a known standard alpha <br />source. <br />12.4.6 PER.SON[QEC. MCf7I'IORING <br />The licensee's personnel and facility monitoring <br />program shall be sufficient to enable the <br />Department to estimate maximum potential <br />occupational dose commitment and to derronstrate <br />compliance with Pazt N, Colorado "Rules and <br />Regulations Pertaining to Radiation Control." <br />VII -15- <br />
