Mr. Boulay
1993/94 AHR Responses
Page 5
8. •A turbidity measurement for G-la was inadvertently missed.
.Laboratory pH, Specific Conductance and TSS were missed by the laboratory during June
and September. Attached aze laboratory analysis sheets which Gsts all the other parameters
analyzed.
.Flows on 4/18/94 and 5/17/94 were too low to obtain a sample. The 5/17/94 visit has been
added to Table F-1. Please find a revised page (7 of 8) enclosed.
9. Please find a revised page 7 enclosed that annotates SOM-127-H and JMB-12.
10. Please find a revised Table of Contents page enclosed.
11. .There was no water in SG-1 during WY 1994, therefore, no field parameters. Lab data from
another resource was provided in ertor. Please find a revised Table H-1 (page 1) enclosed.
•A manganese measurement of 0.21 mg/I has been added to the revised Table H-1 enclosed.
Errors have been corrected and TSS added.
.There was insufficient depths of water in GP-3 and GP-4 to obtain samples throughout WY
1994. Please find a revised Page 1 of 6 of Table H-1 annotated with this condition.
•Fe and Mn analyses were missed by the laboratory.
.Laboratory measurements of pH, Specific Conductance, and TSS were not routinely
completed by the laboratory for the reasons described previously. Please find a data sheet for
other parameters attached.
.Laboratory pH, Specific Conductance, and TSS were not routinely completed by the
laboratory for the reasons described previously. Please find revised pages 1 and 6 of 6 of Table H-1 that cortects the duplicate footnote (an
asterisk replaces the first footnote number ]).
13. Mme seepage inflows were very low in WY 1994. The total inflow is estimated by adding up
all of the imported volumes and loss estimates and deducting this from the total water
discharges (exported) from the mine, resulting in an amount that is assumed to have been
contributed from the mine (natural inflow). h` inflows up to 50 gallons per minute (gpm) are
encountered, they are typically of short duration (less than two weeks and sometimes only
